10萬只急缺醫(yī)用口罩由印度抵滬！72小時(shí)無休，復(fù)星銳正打響防疫保衛(wèi)戰(zhàn)

　　2020-02-04 17：11：141月28日（昨日）20點(diǎn)50分，10萬只國(guó)內(nèi)急缺的醫(yī)用口罩由印度德里抵達(dá)上海浦東國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)。今晨1點(diǎn)，這批緊急醫(yī)用物資抵達(dá)指定倉(cāng)庫(kù)后，開始連夜分揀，并在凌晨陸續(xù)發(fā)往全國(guó)疫情重點(diǎn)地區(qū)。

　　這是復(fù)星銳正中、印兩國(guó)團(tuán)隊(duì)在中國(guó)新年假期期間，協(xié)作72小時(shí)無休后，到達(dá)國(guó)內(nèi)的首批醫(yī)療物資。復(fù)星銳正美國(guó)團(tuán)隊(duì)也積極調(diào)配全球資源，目前，美國(guó)團(tuán)隊(duì)采購(gòu)的10000只N95-1870急缺醫(yī)用防護(hù)口罩和2800件醫(yī)用防護(hù)服，也將發(fā)往國(guó)內(nèi)。

　　防疫保衛(wèi)戰(zhàn)，復(fù)星銳正在行動(dòng)

　　國(guó)內(nèi)疫情形勢(shì)瞬息萬變，復(fù)星銳正心系一線疫情救治與防控工作。

　　大年三十早8點(diǎn)，復(fù)星全球調(diào)配醫(yī)療物資計(jì)劃啟動(dòng)，復(fù)星銳正全球團(tuán)隊(duì)作為重要力量參與其中。連日來，復(fù)星在海外已經(jīng)調(diào)配33萬套口罩和27萬套防護(hù)服。未來幾天，從印度、美國(guó)、英國(guó)、葡萄牙、德國(guó)、日本等地采購(gòu)的醫(yī)療物資也將緊鑼密鼓完成各種手續(xù)，力爭(zhēng)盡快運(yùn)回國(guó)內(nèi)，送到疫區(qū)，更好地保護(hù)好我們的醫(yī)護(hù)人員。

　　復(fù)星充分調(diào)動(dòng)全球資源，根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)疫區(qū)對(duì)物資的實(shí)際要求，盡一切努力尋找貨源，并通過空運(yùn)，爭(zhēng)分壓秒運(yùn)回國(guó)內(nèi)。復(fù)星銳正董事長(zhǎng)金華龍作為該行動(dòng)的負(fù)責(zé)人之一，也在第一時(shí)間聯(lián)合復(fù)星銳正全球團(tuán)隊(duì)以及被投企業(yè)，緊急調(diào)動(dòng)一切資源，克服籌集物資、國(guó)際運(yùn)輸、多國(guó)通關(guān)等多重困難，化解各項(xiàng)采購(gòu)與運(yùn)輸難題。

　　本次物資調(diào)配，恰逢中國(guó)的大年三十，又是周末，物流卡車不能上路，機(jī)場(chǎng)裝卸、清關(guān)有難度，貨運(yùn)物流遇到了相當(dāng)?shù)目简?yàn)。為了搶時(shí)間，國(guó)內(nèi)與海外團(tuán)隊(duì)不間斷的努力與配合，外交部，各國(guó)使館，中國(guó)海關(guān)全力支持，疫區(qū)緊缺的醫(yī)用物資將逐步抵滬。

　　復(fù)星銳正印度團(tuán)隊(duì)了解到中國(guó)疫情急需支援的情況后，立即廣泛找尋印度物資，在集團(tuán)多個(gè)部門各位同學(xué)的大力支持和協(xié)助下，不到48小時(shí)，印度團(tuán)隊(duì)籌集了10萬醫(yī)用防護(hù)口罩以及18，964套防護(hù)服，并聯(lián)合被投企業(yè)-印度物流公司Delhivery將其轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)至中國(guó)。

　復(fù)星銳正印度團(tuán)隊(duì)首批調(diào)配物資抵滬

　　1月28日晚8時(shí)50分，10萬只醫(yī)用防護(hù)口罩搭乘AI348航班由印度德里運(yùn)抵上海。為確保這批醫(yī)療物資能夠第一時(shí)間運(yùn)抵中國(guó)，印度團(tuán)隊(duì)在物資調(diào)度、國(guó)際物流、兩國(guó)清關(guān)等環(huán)節(jié)上拼盡全力。

　　到達(dá)上海后，上海海關(guān)通過官方途徑協(xié)調(diào)印度海關(guān)，采用“兩步申報(bào)+提前申報(bào)”通關(guān)模式，在時(shí)間緊急、貨物信息還不完整的情況下，企業(yè)在獲取艙單信息后即向海關(guān)作“概要申報(bào)”，飛機(jī)落地后貨物就可放行，最大限度地壓縮通關(guān)時(shí)間，予以快速通行，幫助我們更快速馳援。

　　在印度，銳正的同事們都在參與這次“戰(zhàn)斗”，我們?nèi)找共煌５鼗I集物資。北京、上海，我們經(jīng)常出差過去，那里有我很多好朋友。因此，我們密切關(guān)注疫情的所有信息，希望讓他們感受到他們不是獨(dú)自戰(zhàn)斗。我們?cè)谶@里幫助他們，并為他們的安全做出力所能及的幫助。

　　In Fosun India， all the colleagues participated in resolving for the epidemic issue． Fosun RZ colleagues worked day and night to find supplies． We are very sad listing about the issue， as we go to Shanghai and Beijing lots often and have lot of friend there． Our feeling was how to help them and make them realise they are not alone and we are here to help them and contribute to their safety．

　　我們?cè)儐柫送聜冎袊?guó)政府的貨源標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，搜尋了很多品類，并再其中選擇了最好的品質(zhì)。此外，我們還去了印度的阿里巴巴，找到可以為我們提供這些貨源的直接供應(yīng)商。我們?cè)诖蛄?000個(gè)電話，與許多供應(yīng)商交談，以找到最優(yōu)價(jià)格。

　　最初，我發(fā)現(xiàn)很難找到合適的供應(yīng)商來提供這么大數(shù)量的貨源。但幸運(yùn)的是，在我們不斷地努力下，終于找到了可以在短時(shí)間內(nèi)，性價(jià)比高并且可以為我們提供大量產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)商。

　　We followed the standard shared by the Chinese government as told by our colleagues． We selected top quality． We picked up lot of directories and also went to Alibaba of India to find the suppliers who can provide us with these supplies． We tapped into our network of friend to get the supplies． It was hard to find initially． We made 1000 calls in 1st day and spoke to many supplies to find the best price．

　　It was really hard to find right kind of suppliers who can provide larger quantities． Fortunately， we found suppliers who can do give us large quantities at right time and right prices． They could not realise why we want so much but eventually realise its for china． 

　　打破工廠、物流、海關(guān)三大壁壘，快速轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)

　　周末，我們沒有休息，確保沒有后勤問題。從印度各地采購(gòu)物資，集中到德里組裝發(fā)送到中國(guó)。我們的被投企業(yè)Delhivery對(duì)我們有很大幫助?？偟膩碚f，所有的協(xié)同工作由我們統(tǒng)籌，因此就算1月26日為印度國(guó)定假日，我們也能夠按時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)物資并按時(shí)發(fā)貨。

　　為了確保找到最快的物流路線，我們預(yù)定了幾趟航班，并拜訪了多家航空公司的首席執(zhí)行官，確保能夠以最快的速度，及時(shí)到達(dá)上海。我們與中國(guó)大使館進(jìn)行合作，期望快速海關(guān)清關(guān)。中國(guó)同事與我們配合，提供了很多幫助，使到達(dá)中國(guó)后的一切事務(wù)都井井有條。

　　we worked non-stop on the weekend and make sure there was no logistic nightmare． We had to get supplies procured from all over India and then assemble in delhi． After that send to China． Our portfolio company Delhivery helped us a lot． Over all coodinaiton was managed by us． It was 26th of Jan， national holiday as well， but we were able to coordinate products on time and ship in time as well． 

　　A lot of difficulty as we need to make sure that we find the fastest route first and also get labour to work on the holiday weekend． We booked several flights call many CEO of airlines and then were able to find the best available route to take our medicine and it arrive to shangai on time． We also had to do customer clearance and work with Chinese embassy to get the clearance． Our Chinese colleagues helped a lot to get everything organised from china end as well．

　　疫情保衛(wèi)戰(zhàn)中的復(fù)星“全球協(xié)同”能力

　　找到供應(yīng)商，合適的貨源，協(xié)商價(jià)格，付款，最后安排取貨物流。在運(yùn)輸過程中，從德里安排空運(yùn)，獲得快速清關(guān)，最后運(yùn)輸產(chǎn)品。復(fù)星的各個(gè)部門都參與其中，每個(gè)人都在協(xié)同作戰(zhàn)。從頭到尾，我們分工有序緊湊，每個(gè)人都在過程中得到支持。復(fù)星在全球的布局和協(xié)同，讓我們能夠從全球各地調(diào)配物資并按時(shí)交付貨物。

　　First find suppliers then find right items then negotiate prices， then make payment， then arrange for pick up logistics． After that from delhi arrange airspace， get custom clearance and then ship the product． All the departments of Fosun were involved RZ， payments， global operations， fosun china team and international relations． Everyone worked in coordination． 

　　Everything from end to end was like a factory and everyone supported in the process． Fosun in global company and truly we were able to pull resources from all over the globe and deliver the goods on time．
