近日，標普全球企業可持續發展評估（S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment）公布新一輪環境、社會及公司治理（ESG）評分結果（截至2024年11月27日），重慶博騰制藥科技股份有限公司（股票簡稱：博騰股份，股票代碼：300363）評分由38分提升至44分。

在此次公布的評分中，公司環境、社會、治理與經濟三個維度的評分分別提升3分、5分、9分，其中在透明度及報告、實質性分析、應對氣候變化、員工雇傭、勞工權益、供應鏈管理等指標評分均獲得較大進步。

Porton Gets Improved in the 2024 S&P Global ESG Score

Porton Pharma Solutions Ltd. (hereinafter “Porton”) is glad to announce that it scored 44 (out of 100) in the 2024 S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment reflecting an improvement of 6 points over the previous assessment, where scores in all the three dimensions getting improved. (CSA Score as of 27/11/2024).

In this year’s assessment, Porton’s scores in Environmental, Social and Governance & Economic dimensions increase by 3, 5, and 9 points respectively. Notable progress was made in criteria such as Transparency and Reporting, Materiality, Climate Strategy, Labor Practices, Human Rights, and Supply Chain Management.

Adhering to the ESG concepts of "Green Development, Promote Common Progress, build a Healthy Society, and Enhance Corporate Governance", Porton is committed to integrating ESG into its corporate strategy and operations. In 2024, Porton further enhanced its ESG management through various measures, like developing management systems, setting goals and improving the quality of disclosures.
