　　過去的2021年，世紀疫情與國際變局持續交織，我國“兩個一百年”奮斗目標歷史交匯，中國與世界在激蕩中復蘇，企業和個人在磨礪中前行。

　　這一年，在中國，許多行業與企業迎接著全新的發展機遇和行業趨勢；這一年，為中國，世界500強與行業領先企業的商業領袖們變中求新、變中求進，深耕中國，攜手共進，共創未來。

　　今年的“CDF之聲”欄目邀請參會代表分享過去一年來自己與所領導的企業、所在行業的經歷以及他們的感悟。

　　今天做客CDF之聲的是瑞士再保險集團首席執行官繆汶樂（Christian Mumenthaler）。

　　繆汶樂對中國并不陌生，他曾多次參訪中國，這里的人民和文化都給他留下了深刻的印象。

　　今年是虎年，虎在中國通常被視為自信、勇氣、毅力和熱情的象征，而這些令人備受鼓舞的品質正是大家砥礪前行、創造更美好明天所需要的。他也在北京冬奧會上領略到了這些品質的魅力，這些品質也是我們在后疫情時代所需要具備的。

　　他表示，瑞士再保險的愿景是讓世界更具韌性。瑞士再保險把中國視為全球最具潛力的市場之一，公司致力于為中國客戶與合作伙伴提供最優質的風險轉移產品和工具。

　　他認為，瑞士和中國面臨許多共同的挑戰，其中包括可持續發展、向凈零排放的轉型和人口老齡化相關問題。瑞士再保險可以發揮自己的獨特作用，與中國一道攜手在上述乃至更多問題上取得實質性進展。

　　首先，我想對中國發展高層論壇主辦方邀請我參加此次會議表示誠摯的感謝， 同時祝大家虎年大吉。我知道，虎在中國通常被視為自信、勇氣、毅力和熱情的象征，而這些令人備受鼓舞的品質是我們砥礪前行、創造更美好的明天所需要的。在北京冬奧會上，我們也領略到了這些品質的魅力。我想，它們也正是我們在后疫情時代所需要具備的品質。

　　我對中國并不陌生，每次應邀前來都倍感榮幸。15年前，我第一次到訪北京，這里的人們和文化給我留下了深刻的印象，令我著迷。之后，我曾多次來到中國，同時也期待在不久的將來故地重游。

　　瑞士再保險的愿景是讓世界更具韌性。作為世界領先的再保險公司之一，在過去的150多年里，我們努力推動了社會的繁榮和發展，同時為客戶創造了新的機遇和解決方案。我們與中國的淵源可以追溯到90多年前。今天，我們正在大力發展中國業務，持續增加對中國市場的投入，積極與中國的利益相關方建立和加強共同繁榮的合作伙伴關系。

　　展望未來，我們繼續把中國視為全球最具潛力的市場之一。中國在我們的未來發展戰略中占有極為重要的地位。簡言之，我們致力于為中國客戶與合作伙伴提供最優質的風險轉移產品和工具。瑞士和中國面臨許多共同的挑戰，其中就包括可持續發展、向凈零排放的轉型和人口老齡化相關問題。瑞士再保險可以發揮自己的獨特作用，確保我們共同在上述乃至更多問題上取得實質性進展。為了克服這些共同挑戰，我們也需要開展國際合作。

　　中國發展高層論壇為加深理解、促進合作和增強互信搭建了一個非常好的平臺，從而讓我們 “一起向未來”。我很高興地看到，中國發展高層論壇年會很好地涵蓋了這些重要話題。再次衷心感謝中國發展高層論壇邀請我參加今年的會議。我期待著在接下來的會議中與各位老友新朋相聚一堂。我相信，中國發展高層論壇將一如既往，取得圓滿成功。最后，預祝大家暢享此次充滿樂趣、激勵和啟發的盛會。

　　Firstly， I would like to express my sincere gratitude to CDF for inviting me． And I would also like to wish you all a prosperous year of the Tiger． I understand that in China the tiger is widely regarded as symbol of confidence， courage， perseverance， and passion． And these inspiring characteristics are required for us to forge ahead to build a better tomorrow together． We‘ve also just witnessed these characteristics during the Beijing Winter Olympics． This spirit is exactly what we need in this post-pandemic era． I’m no stranger to China， so it is always a privilege to be invited back．

　　I have visited Beijing for the first time over 15 years ago and was very impressed and fascinated by the people and the culture． I have returned many times to China since then and I am looking forward to being back in the near future．

　　At Swiss Re， our vision is to make the world more resilient． As one of the world‘s leading providers of reinsurance， we have enabled societies to thrive and progress， creating new opportunities and solutions for our clients， for over 150 years． We also have longstanding business ties with China， which can be traced back 90 years． Today， we are strongly growing our presence and making more investments in China， with continuous efforts to build partnerships for progress with our Chinese stakeholders．

　　Looking ahead， we continue to view China as one of the most exciting markets globally． It plays a very important role in our ambitions for the future． In short， we want to bring the very best quality risk transfer products and tools to our Chinese clients and partners． There are many issues common to both Switzerland and China： sustainability and the transition to Net-Zero as well as issues associated with ageing populations to name just a few． Swiss Re can play a role in ensuring tangible progress is made on these and many other issues． International cooperation and collaboration are needed to overcome our shared challenges．

　　The forum is a great platform on which to build even deeper understanding， cooperation and trust as we move forward “together for a shared future”． I am pleased to see these themes are well covered at CDF 2022． Again， I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the CDF for inviting me． I look forward to meeting old and new friends during the sessions very soon． I am sure that CDF 2022 will be another great success． And with that I wish you all an enjoyable， enlightening， and inspiring experience here at the CDF．
