　　今年的“CDF之聲”欄目邀請參會代表分享過去一年來自己與所領導的企業、所在行業的經歷以及他們的感悟。

　　今天做客CDF之聲的是贏創工業集團董事長庫樂滿（Christian Kullmann）。

　　庫樂滿指出，贏創始終將企業責任和長期商業成功視為一塊硬幣的兩面，可持續發展已成為贏創的增長動力之一。未來幾年，贏創計劃將在現有基礎上進一步提高具有顯著可持續性優勢的“下一代解決方案”銷售占比。

　　他提到，贏創早在20世紀30年代便在上海設立了辦事處，作為企業，贏創對中國，乃至整個亞洲寄予厚望，并期望與中國以及亞洲共同成長。

　　庫樂滿表示，隨著中國“雙碳”目標的發布，越來越多的中國客戶希望產品能夠兼具良好的經濟、環境、社會的融合效益；綠色制造、降低碳足跡等話題也成為他們關注的話題。贏創正與中國各行業的伙伴積極合作，開發更多滿足未來需求的可持續解決方案。

　　大家好！我是贏創工業集團董事長庫樂滿。

　　贏創是一家全球領先的特種化學品公司。特種化學品通常僅需很少的用量就能顯著改善產品的性能。

　　在贏創，我們以“超越化學邊界，引領美好未來”為企業使命。我們的解決方案可幫助客戶提高終端產品的性能，從而為人們帶來直接、積極的影響，相關應用包括輕量化汽車、資源節約型農業生產、更高效的疫苗等。我們不僅在眾多市場處于領先地位，也是客戶重要的合作伙伴。我們超越化學邊界，不斷創新，幫助客戶提升產品品質。

　　贏創始終將企業責任和長期商業成功視為同一硬幣的兩面。可持續發展已成為贏創的增長動力之一。

　　目前，市場對具有顯著可持續性優勢的產品的需求正迅猛增長。在贏創，此類產品被稱為“下一代解決方案”。未來幾年，贏創計劃在現有37%的基礎上進一步提高“下一代解決方案”的銷售占比。

　　贏創總部位于德國，業務遍及全球100多個國家和地區。我們早在20世紀30年代便在上海設立了辦事處。目前，贏創在中國擁有16個生產基地及營銷辦公室，約2700 名員工。

　　作為企業，我們對中國，乃至整個亞洲寄予厚望。我們期望與中國以及亞洲共同成長。在這里，我們秉承同一理念，發揮優勢專長，不斷開發可持續解決方案，為改善人們當下與未來的生活作出貢獻。

　　隨著中國經濟從疫情中迅速恢復，其增長潛力愈發顯現。十四五期間，基礎設施投資項目以及消費刺激計劃的實施對市場的拉動效應顯著，為企業帶來了巨大的機遇。

　　另一方面，隨著中國發布“雙碳”目標，綠色轉型已成為中國高質量發展的核心要素。越來越多的中國客戶希望產品能夠兼具良好的經濟、環境、社會的融合效益；綠色制造、降低碳足跡等話題也成為他們關注的話題。

　　贏創正與中國各行業的伙伴積極合作，開發更多滿足未來需求的可持續解決方案。比如，位于贏創上海創新園的全球鋰離子電池中心于近日建成。通過這一全球能力中心，我們希望攜手客戶和價值鏈伙伴，共同開發解決方案，提高電動汽車鋰電池的使用效率和安全性。

　　作為國際商界代表，我很榮幸受邀參加即將開幕的中國發展論壇，我將與大家分享贏創在助力中國實現綠色、可持續發展方面的實踐。

　　Hello everyone, My name is Christian Kullmann. 

　　I am the CEO of Evonik Industries, a leading specialty chemicals company. Specialty chemicals often mean small molecules with big effect.

　　At Evonik, we go beyond chemistry to make life better every day. Whether its lighter cars, resource-friendly agriculture, or more effective vaccinations, we aim to have a direct, positive impact on everyone’s life by enhancing the properties of our customers’ products. We have leading positions in many markets and are often our customers' most important partner. We bring quality to their products because we think beyond chemistry.

　　For Evonik, responsibility and long-term economic success are two sides of the same coin. Sustainability has developed into a growth driver at Evonik.

　　The demand for products with superior sustainability benefits, which we call the Next Generation Solutions, is developing dynamically. Evonik plans to further increase the proportion of sales it generates from Next Generation Solutions in the coming years from 37 percent now.

　　Headquartered in Germany, Evonik is present in over 100 countries around the globe. We first set our foot in China by establishing a representative office in Shanghai in the 1930’s. Today around 2,700 employees work for Evonik in China out of 16 locations. 

　　As a company, we expect a lot from China, from the whole of Asia. We want to grow with China and the entire region. There, as everywhere else in the world, we work to achieve leading positions and to improve people's lives today and tomorrow with sustainable solutions.

　　China’s growth potential became more pronounced with the rapid economic recovery from the pandemic. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the infrastructure investment projects, and consumer stimulus packages will have a significant boost to the market, creating huge opportunities for companies.

　　In addition, with the release of China’s “dual carbon” goals, green transformation becomes a core concept of China’s high-quality development. More Chinese customers demand products with a good balance of economic, ecological, and social factors and focus more on topics such as green manufacturing and carbon footprint reduction.

　　Evonik is actively collaborating with our Chinese partners across the industries to jointly innovate more sustainable solutions that address future needs. A recent example is our new global competence center of lithium-ion battery technology in the Evonik Shanghai Innovation Park. Through this global competence center, we aim to develop solutions together with our customers and the value chain to improve efficiency and safety of Li-ion batteries for electromobility.

　　Joining the international business leaders at the upcoming China Development Forum, I am excited about the opportunity to contribute Evonik’s ideas how we can support to realize a green and sustainable future in China.
