徐迪,美國(guó)麻省理工學(xué)院博士。曾在美國(guó)聯(lián)邦住宅企業(yè)監(jiān)督管理署任職,從事監(jiān)管Fannie Mae 和Freddie Mac這兩家住房金融證券化公司的工作,具體負(fù)責(zé)美國(guó)住房抵押貸款二級(jí)市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作規(guī)范的制定、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理模型的開(kāi)發(fā)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)資本留成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)法規(guī)條例的撰寫(xiě)。也曾在世界銀行擔(dān)任咨詢(xún)顧問(wèn)。2002年6月,應(yīng)中國(guó)建設(shè)銀行邀請(qǐng)歸國(guó),任建設(shè)銀行房地產(chǎn)金融業(yè)務(wù)部(現(xiàn)名為住房金融與個(gè)人信貸部)副總經(jīng)理,負(fù)責(zé)證券化業(yè)務(wù)的策劃、研究、管理,以及國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)的住房抵押貸款證券化試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目的全方位技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備和推進(jìn)工作。 徐迪女士帶領(lǐng)的業(yè)
此次論壇,徐迪女士將就“證券化:利用貨幣市場(chǎng)和資本市場(chǎng)之間的橋梁”的議題作出精彩的分析。 Dr. Di Xu is Deputy General Manager, Real Estate Finance Department, China Construction Bank (CCB). She takes charge of the Research and Development of the CCB’s mortgage securitization program. She has led the business design and technical implementation of a pilot project approved by the State Council for the issuance of mortgage-backed securities in China. Her team introduced the international standards and best practices to China and constructed a securitization transaction structure and the line of business based on China’s current legal framework. The first ever mortgage-backed securities in China were successfully launched in December 2005.
