IBM盈利攀升股價反跌

　　IBM， the world's largest technology services company， reported 11 percent profit growth but its shares fell 5 percent as the results failed to beat the targets of some investors who had driven the stock up recently.

　　IBM's earnings report， released after the market closed Thursday， showed an 11 percent gain in net profit， to $3.54 billion， or $2.31 per share， from $3.19 billion， or $1.99 per share， a year earlier.

　　In the fourth quarter， the company closed $17.8 billion in services contracts， a hefty leap from $10.5 billion in the prior quarter and $11.5 billion a year ago.

　　IBM第四會計季度盈利攀升11%，但是股價卻下跌了近5%。這一股價沒有達到一些投資人士的預期。

　　IBM上周四宣布的財報顯示，第四財季的盈利較上年同期增長11%，達35.4億美元，即每股盈利2.31美元，上年同期的盈利為31.9億美元，合每股盈利1.99美元。

　　IMB于去年第四季度簽署了價值178億美元的服務合約，比第三季度105億美元及上年同期的115億美元大幅增加。
