全球外國直接投資達到1.2萬億美元

    Last year's boom in mergers and acquisitions fuelled a surge in global flows of foreign direct investment of more than a third last year to top $1，200bn， according to preliminary United Nations figures released yesterday. This was the highest since 2000 when FDI hit a record $1，400bn.

　　The UN Conference on Trade and Development (Unctad) said investment inflows to the world's rich nations jumped by nearly half to $800bn ， with the US recovering its top position from the UK as the largest recipient of FDI. FDI flows into the US soared to $177bn， followed by the UK at $170bn. France was third at $88bn.

　　China maintained its position as the largest FDI recipient in the developing world， coming fourth overall， though there was a slight drop in inflows in 2006 to $70bn from $72bn in 2005.

　　聯合國昨日發布的初步數據顯示，去年的并購熱潮促使全球外國直接投資猛增逾1/3，達到1.2萬億美元，為2000年創下1.4萬億美元紀錄以來的最高水平。

　　聯合國貿易和發展會議表示，去年流入世界富國的投資躍增近50%，達到8000億美元，美國從英國手中奪回了FDI最大接受國的地位。流入美國的FDI飆升至1770億美元，其次是英國和法國，分別為1700億美元和880億美元。

　　中國仍是發展中國家最大的FDI接受國，在全球位居第四，不過2006年流入中國的FDI略有減少，從2005年的720億美元降至700億美元。
