ort forPoor and Disadvantage Areas Project, and it intends toapply theloan and credit proceeds to payments for goods and relatedservicesand consulting services to be procured under this project.Theproject will include the following components Block GrantstoDistrict and Subdistrict, Implementing Support,Monitoring,Evaluation and Studies.Procurement of contracts financedby theloan/credit will be conducted through the proceduresspecified inthe World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRDLoans and IDACredits, May 2004, and is open to all bidders fromeligible sourcecountries as defined in the guidelines.
