The services include:The ProjectTechnical Adviser (PTA)will work with ADF staff to h
elp them applythe participatoryidentification, implementation and maintenancemethodology of subprojects to their work and to help them transferthese skills toand build the necessary capacity in the LGU (LocalGovernment Unit)staff they work with. Thus, through the increasedcapacity andawareness of ADF Infrastructure Department staff, theassignmentaims to achieve increased capacity in LGU, s for:The PTAwill behired for a period of 12 staff-months to carry outtheabove-described tasks, from Novr 2005 to February 2007inclusive,as specified below:· To assist the implementation of thesecondWork Plan of CWP II (Septr 2005 ?June 2006) and also toparticipateduring the World Bank Mid-Term Review, currently plannedfor May2006.· To assist in the hand over and maintenance ofsub-projectsfinanced by the first for CWP II Work Plan and theexecution ofworks of second Work Plan of CWP II and also toparticipate duringthe World Bank Final Review, expected in 2007.Theactivity isexpected to commence in Novr 2005.The ADF now inviteseligiblefirms to indicate their interest in providing theservices.Interested firms must provide information indicating thatthey arequalified to perform the services (brochures, detion ofsimilarassignments, experience in similar conditions, availabilityofappropriate skills among staff, etc.).
