一、項目單位簡介
山東駝寶橡膠有限公司系國家中二型企業，是日照市生產輪胎規模最大的企業。公司占地面積6.5萬平方米，建筑面積2.6萬平方米,現擁有固定資產8138萬元,職工1000人,其中專業技術人員100余人,主機設備386臺(套)。主要有：“駝寶”牌農用輪胎、摩托車輪胎、載重汽車輪胎三大系列50余個規格的產品，年生產能力達到180萬套。獲得了ISO9001：2000國
際質量體系認證和自營進出口經營權，載重汽車輪胎和摩托車輪胎已獲得國家強制產品的“3C”認證。
二、項目建設內容及規模
新建廠房15500平方米。新增主要設備：密煉機、擠出機、四輥壓延機、成型機、硫化機、鍋爐、變壓器等。
三、項目總投資及資金構成
總投資4000萬元，其中外資3000萬元。
四、市場分析及預測
目前，我國生產大中型拖拉機、收割機輪胎的廠家比較少，許多生產該輪胎的大型企業紛紛摒棄這一品種，向全鋼子午胎發展，而小型企業又干不了，國外的生產廠家又不愿干這種附加值低的產品，因此，造成了我國部分地區大中型拖拉機輪胎市場供應真空。本公司想抓住這一機遇，加快發展。
五、經濟效益分析
本項目投產后，預計年新增輪胎產量70萬套，實現產值12000萬元，利潤1800萬元。

Expand the Tire Production for Large Scale Trators
I.Brief introduction of the project unit
Wulian Tuobao rubber Co., Ltd., is a statemidium-sizedenterprise, the largest tire producer in Rizhao. Thecompany coversan area of 65,000 square meters, construction area is26,000 squaremeters.Have fixed assets of 81,380,000 yuan now, Theworker is1000, professional and technical personnel is more than100 amongthem. It has 386 sets of main equipment( set). The mainproductsare as follows: TUOBAO agricultural tire, motorcycletire, trucktire,altogether three major series , over 50 productofspecification, The annual production capacity is up to1,800,000sets. Have got ISO9001 : the 2000 international qualitysystemauthentication and power to engage in import and exporttrade.Truck tire and motorcycle tire have already passed 3Cs.
II. Project construction content and scale
Need to newly build factory building 15,500 square meters.Newlyincrease equipment : crusher, shaping machine,sulphuratingmachine, the boiler, voltage transformer,etc..

This project gross investment RMB 40 million yuan,foreigninvestment 30 million yuan among them .
IV.Market analysis and prediction
At present, there are fewer factories producing tiresforlarge-and-medium size tractor and harvester in our country. Alotof large-scale enterprises producing this tire abandon thisvarietyone after another . And the small factory can not do , theforeignfactory is also unwilling to do this kind of products of lowaddedvalue.So have caused the large-and-middle- scale tractortiremarket demand vacuum in some areas of our country. Ourcompanywants to catch this opportunity, develop with higherspeed.
V.Analysis of economic benefit
After goingotnioperation, it is estimated to newlyincrease700,000 sets of tire every year, increase output 120million .Profit is 18 million yuan.
