wingconsultant services:·Institutional Development Consultant (SlemanDistrict).The servicesincluded: (a) composing land-use program byimproving land-use tobe transparent and productive by puttingpeople抯 center in prioritybased on land use and structure; (b)composing improvement programon land permit service; (c) initiatingsystem of land informationprogram/geographical information system;(d) preparing andevaluating as well as organizing the necessaryworkshop, and shouldconsult with the other local relevantagencies/institutions and thelocal community; (e) givingregular/periodic progress report andexecutive summary in Englishand digital form.GeneralRequirements:(a) Team Leader (MasterDegree) with postgraduate ininstitutional development, informationsystem, publicadministration or decentralization (5 yearsexperience);(b) Othermrs with qualification of: (i) graduated froma reputableUniversity (Bachelor Degree) majoring in LandInformation System;(ii) graduated from a reputable University(Bachelor Degree)majoring in land administration; (iii) graduatefrom a reputableUniversity (Bachelor Degree) majoring in areaplanning/planology;(iv)gnivahminimum three (3) years experiencein each field.(c)Good interpersonal skills and full ofinitiative(d) All consultantsshould have good command of spoken andwritten EnglishTheDirectorate General of Regional Autonomy,Ministry of Home Affairsas the implementer of pilot projectcomponent 5, through the BadanPengendalian Pertanahan Daerah (BPPD)Office now invites eligibleconsulting firms to indicate theirinterest in providing theservices.
