公司現(xiàn)有日本產(chǎn)EAX-e-2800噴氣紡織機(jī)90臺(tái)及配套整經(jīng)、漿紗機(jī)等。公司擬再引進(jìn)噴氣織機(jī)54臺(tái)，另上國(guó)產(chǎn)最先進(jìn)的F1603氣流紡織機(jī)20臺(tái)及其配套設(shè)備，生產(chǎn)各類(lèi)高檔純棉裝飾布及小提花裝飾布。
四、項(xiàng)目投資估算及資金籌措項(xiàng)目總投資420萬(wàn)美元，擬合作期限10年。中方以現(xiàn)有土地、廠房、設(shè)備、技術(shù)及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)作價(jià)出資105萬(wàn)美元，希外方以現(xiàn)金出資315萬(wàn)美元。
五、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益估測(cè)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)期為1年，建成投產(chǎn)后可實(shí)現(xiàn)年銷(xiāo)售收入1080萬(wàn)美元，年利潤(rùn)140萬(wàn)美元，3年可收回全部投資。

2. Brief Introduction Of Project Unit
Shandong Liangshan LantianpuorgTextile Co., Ltd. was builtin1996,with total amount asset US$ 30,000,000 and registeredcapitalUS$ 3,210,000, 3,500 employees. The main products ofthecorporation are 100% cotton yarn, blend yarn and 100%cottoncloth.
3. Project Contents
The corporation installed 90 EAX-e-2800 air-jet looms madeinJapan and necessary equipments in cluding wrapping machinesandstarching machines. The corporation expects to introduce 54moreair-jet looms and add 20 sets of advanced homemade F1603open-endspinning machines so as to achieve a proper productionscale. Themain products of the project are high-level cottondecorative clothand jacquard decorative cloth for home use.

Total investment will be US$4,200,000; Chinese partner planstoinvest land, workshop, equipments converted US$1,050,000andexpects foreign partner to invest US$3,150,000 in cash.Thecooperation period is 10 years.5. Beneficial ResultsAnalysis
