y partof theproceeds to payments for consulting services forStrengthening MUBHuman Resources Management to be procured underthis project.Theproject will deal with development of MUB HumanResources StrategicPlan, training of MUB staff on human resourcesplanning and pretionof human resources trainers.The consultant willassist the MUB inevaluation and analysis of MUB human resourcesavailability andneeds, assessment of future human resources anddevelopment of itsstrategic plan and implementation mechanism.TheMUB, the ProjectManagement Unit, now invites eligible consultantsto indicate theirinterest in providing the services. Interestedconsultants mustprovide information indicting that they arequalified to performthe services (brochures, detion of similarassignments,availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).Consultantsmay associate to enhance theirqualifications.Procurement ofcontracts financed by the World Bankwill be conducted through theprocedures as specified in the WorldBank抯 Guidelines: Procurementunder IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, May2002 edition, and is open toall eligible bidders as defined in theguidelines.
