l Development Association(IDA) for theLagos Urban Transport Project, and intends to applypart of theproceeds to cover eligible payments under the contractfor thefollowing consultancy services:Consultancy Services onPublicRelations.LAMATA is intended to engage a publicrelationsconsultant to assist in generating positive pressreleases,articles, interviews and analyses on the organization抯policies,programs and activities and ensuring that they arepublished andtransmitted in print and electronic media on a regularbasis. Theconsultant will support in organizing consultativemeetings/fora,and coordinating special theme/issue-focused events,for targetedstakeholders. He will also execute thematic andcorporate campaignson LAMATA and its transport reform program inthe print andelectronic media.Consultancy Services on InteractiveEvents.AnInteractive Events Consultant to organize special eventsfortargeted stakeholders and use them as platforms to informandeducate them on LAMATA, its policies, programmes, projectsandactivities. This will contribute to the overall IEC tiveofmobilizing the support and participation of key stakeholdersandminimizing opposition, with regards to the proposed reformanddevelopment of the Lagos Metropolitan transportsystem.ProjectInformation, Education and Communication(IEC).Consultants (PublicTransport, Traffic Management And RoadMaintenance). LAMATA isintended to engage Project IEC Consultants(Public Transport,Traffic Management and Road Maintenance) toassist in informing,educating and consulting with stakeholders tosecure theirunderstanding and acceptance of, and participation inLAMATA抯various public transport, traffic management and roadmaintenanceprojects.Multi-Media Exhibitions Consultant.A MultiMediaExhibitions Consultant to provide technical assistancenecessaryfor creating, increasing and sustaining awareness aboutLAMATA andits policies, programs, projects and activities.The揺xhibitions?will be in modular form providing informationonLAMATA, its key activities and each of the component modulesshouldbe usable setely on its own, or in suitablecombinations.LAMATA nowinvites eligible consulting firms to expresstheir interest inproviding the above services. Interestedconsultants must provideinformation indicating their qualificationsfor performing theservices. The expression of Interest shouldclearly indicate thelegal status of the firm, the experience of theconsultant onsimilar assignments over the past five years andavailability ofcompetent staffs for the assignment. For eachproject performed theconsultant shall provide the name and addressof the client,date(s) of execution, name(s) of lead and associatefirms andfinancing sources. Firms may associate to enhance skillsandqualifications.After evaluation of the Expressions ofInterest,specific short lists will be prepared and only thoseshort-listedfirms will be invited to submit proposals based on thespecificterms of reference for the assignment.
