truction andDevelopment (IBRD)toward the cost of the Wuhan Urban TransportProject (WUTP), andintends to apply a portion of the loan proceedsunder theconsultant services contract for the constructionsupervision ofMeizi road,Qinghua road II,Jiefang Avenue III(contract No.TA3.1.13).This supervision task includes three roads:·Meizi road:Totaling 645 m long and 50 m wide (including 185 mpass-way), 700 mD1500 drainage pipe.· Qinghua Road (WangqingHighway No. 21Highway): 4,400 m long, 40 m wide· Jiefang Avenue(HuangpuRoad-Chamaqiao) rebuilding: 5,500 m long, 60 m wideWe willuse QCBSprocurement method for this construction supervisioncontract.Asuccessful consultant must have qualification/experienceofsupervision on municipal civil works or expressways, as well asthequalification/experience of supervision on trafficengineering,landscaping, and electric works.The assignment isexpected to beginfrom June 2005.Wuhan Urban ConstructionUtilization of ForeignInvestment Project Management Office nowinvites eligibleconsultants to express their interest in providingthe services.Interested consultants must submit informationindicating that theyare qualified to perform the supervisionservices (such as businesslicense, qualification certificate,affiliation agreement; similarassignments and experience in similarconditions, availability andexperience of appropriate skills amongstaffs, company brochures,etc.).
