stry ofInternal Affairs now invites sealed bids formeligible bidders forthe production and issuance of IdentificationCards for residentsof the Republic of Sierra Leone. In submittingtheir proposals,bidders must takeotniconsideration inflation andprice changesover the contract execution period.2. Bidding will beconductedthrough the National Competitive Bidding proceduresspecified inthe Public Procurement Act 2004, and are open to allfirmsRegistered in Sierra Leone. Foreign firms who want toparticipatein the bidding process may do so but havecreditablerepresentatives in Sierra Leone.3.
