Worldwide sales of semiconductors in Jun climbed 40.3% to US$17.8bln, and the growth is to slow down, said US SemiconductorIndustryAssociation.SIA said sales in Q2 rose 9.5% compared to thepreviousquarter, to US$ 53.45 bln. Sales in Q1 were US$ 48.8 bln.Sales inQ3 would be 4-6% higher than that in Q2, SIA estimated.(ByZHAOLong)(Information by Network Center of MOFCOM)
