經濟學博士，南開大學經濟研究所經濟學碩士，山東大學經濟系經濟學學士。曾先后任職于《山東社會科學》雜志社，國家經貿委經濟政策協調司，世界銀行--北京大學中國經濟研究中心客座研究員，國家經貿委產業政策司，辦公廳。主要研究領域為：宏觀經濟與政策分析，國企改革，市場分析與預測。

　　Dr. Xiao Zhao

　　Dr. Zhao obtained his Doctor’s Degree in economics from GuangHua School of Management at Peking University, M.A. in economics from Nankai University and B.A. in economics from Shandong University.

　　He has served at Office of Policy Coordination, Department of Industrial Policy and General Office of the State Economic and Trade Commission and was granted CCER-World Bank Visiting Research fellow. His major research areas include macroeconomic policy analysis, state-owned enterprise reform, market analysis and forecasting.
