　　Sophie Chou is Director ofClimate Policy and Carbon Markets for ICF International (Beijing)， where she brings her knowledge ofcarbon offset project development, GHG accounting standards and protocols, andinternational climate change policy.  AtICF, she is responsible for developing and managing all aspects of climatechange and carbon work in China,including support for corporate sustainability and greenhouse gas managementstrategies, carbon reduction project due diligence and risk assessment, as wellas other advisory services for both private and public sector clients. She has worked in China since January 2007, and is from the US.  She speaks English, Chinese, and French.
