國家氣候中心副主任

　　呂學(xué)都，國家氣候中心副主任，高級工程師，清華大學(xué)工學(xué)博士。從事碳減排交易機制、低碳經(jīng)濟、氣候變化影響與適應(yīng)等工作。1991年開始從事氣候變化的項目管理、政策制定及國際談判；1996年起作為中國政府代表團成員參加氣候變化領(lǐng)域的重大談判活動。2001年至2009年，連續(xù)四次被選為聯(lián)合國CDM執(zhí)行理事會委員；2005年出任該執(zhí)行理事會副主席。2004年，擔(dān)任世界銀行碳融資東道國委員會主席。擔(dān)任現(xiàn)職前，任科技部全球環(huán)境辦公室副主任。現(xiàn)還兼任其它職務(wù)社會職務(wù)，包括同濟大學(xué)教授及中國經(jīng)濟理事會理事等。

　　under China Meteorological Administration, in charge of science and technology,policy and negotiation on climate change with focus on the areas of marketmechanism, adaptation and low carbon economy, has been engaged in projectmanagement, policy-making and international negotiation on climate change from1991. From 1996, acting as one of the chief negotiators of Chinese delegationto the negotiations on UNFCCC and IPCC, he played an active role in bothdomestic and international policy-making related to climate change. From 2001,he was elected as member of CDM Executive Board for four consecutive times, andwas appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board in 2005. From 2004 to 2006, he waselected as the Chairman of the Host Country Committee of Carbon FinanceBusiness of World Bank. In recent years, he published several papers and bookson climate change policies and CDM. He has a doctorate in Engineering grantedby Tsinghua University. His previous position is DeputyHead of Office of Global Environmental Affairs, the Ministry of Science andTechnology of China (MOST). He holds some other part time positions whichinclude professor of Tongji
