史蒂芬

　　世佳碳資產董事總經理

　　史蒂芬現任世佳碳資產董事總經理，主要從事碳交易、投資組合管理和提供金融技術投資方案。史蒂芬畢業于巴黎索邦第一大學經濟及金融學系和加州大學洛杉磯分校工商管理碩士。史蒂芬的職業生涯始于衍生工具市場，及后自1995年起開始在歐洲和美國共建立12所信息技術公司，并成功把其中2所分別在LSEx和Euronext上市。他隨后積極投資于可再生能源業務，積累了豐富的碳投資管理經驗。他在2004年創建世佳碳資產，其后被法國國家開發銀行進行策略性收購，成為集團全方位架構對抗氣候變化的策略和目標。

　　Stephane Colin was the founder of Sagacarbonin which he has become the Managing Director since strategic acquisition by theFrench state own bank, CaissedesDepots, in 2005. He actively invested inrenewable energy sector and gained sophisticated experience in the carbonindustry prior to establishing his carbon asset intermediation business. Hebegan his career firstly in derivatives markets and then established 12international technology corporate over Europe

　　and US; and successfully listed 2 of them in LSEx and Euronext respectivelysince 1995.  He received his first degree in Economics and Finances fromParis 1 Pantheon Sorbonne University and an MBA from UCLA。
