　　Mr.Stephenson is a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Department at ROTHCapital Partners. Mr. Stephenson has been with ROTH for over 11 years. Since2005, Mr. Stephenson has primarily focused on helping to build ROTH's ChinaInvestment Banking practice and has completed over $1.4 billion in financingsfor 43 U.S.-listed companies.
