　　1、填寫并向中國綠化基金會國際合作工作委員會提交“CEO林報名表”、“企業林報名表”

　　2、工作委員會審核

　　3、工作委員會向報名機構、企業發正式確認函

　　4、機構企業將參與費用匯至中國綠化基金會指定賬戶

　　5、機構企業正式成為活動成員

　　6、參與工作委員會組織的相關活動

　　 Participation in the Program

　　1. Submission of application forms to the International Cooperation Working Committee under

　　China Green Foundation (herein as “the Working Committee”)

　　2. Review and approval of application forms by the Working Committee

　　3. Confirmation letter sent to the applicants by the Working Committee

　　4. Participation fee transferred by the applicants to the designated account by China Green

　　Foundation

　　5. Formal confirmation of membership and qualification

　　6. Participation in relevant activities organized by the Working Committee
